Community details, pricing, availability, incentives, and rate information come from builders and other third parties. We work to keep it current and clearly label anything unverified, but we can't guarantee accuracy — always confirm details directly with the builder or lender before making decisions. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, a guarantee of financing, or legal advice.

Your submissions

By submitting a form you confirm the information you provide is accurate, and you agree we may contact you by email, phone, or text about new construction — subject to the SMS opt-in rules described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Acceptable use — no scraping or bulk collection

You may browse the Site normally in a web browser. You may not, without prior written permission:

• Scrape, crawl beyond normal search-engine indexing, harvest, or use bots, scripts, or automated tools to extract community data, prices, incentives, images, or any other content in bulk.
• Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute Site content or data — in whole or in part — on another website, app, or dataset.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical measures that protect the Site.
• Use Site content to train machine-learning models or to build a competing directory or dataset.

Normal indexing by public search engines (Google, Bing, and similar) for the purpose of returning search results is permitted. Violations may result in blocked access and legal action.

Builder names, community names, and logos belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Construction Insider is not liable for decisions you make based on site content, for builder or lender actions, or for interruptions in the site's availability.
