What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site — the match form, the Insider list signup, the quiz, or the contact form — we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), price range, timeline, community interests, and anything you write in the notes or message fields. We also record whether you opted in to receive text messages.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your request: sending your quiz matches, delivering Insider-list releases, answering your message, or preparing for a strategy session. We use your details to contact you by email, phone, or text about new construction in the Charlotte area — nothing else.
Text messages (SMS)
We only send text messages if you checked the SMS opt-in box on a form. That consent is stored with your record, message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and we'll stop texting you immediately.
What we don't do
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with builders, lenders, or any third party for their marketing. Your data stays with New Construction Insider and the small set of service providers that keep this site running (for example, our database and email delivery tools).
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages people visit, so we can improve the content. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Your browser's private or incognito mode still works fine.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time — email hello@newconstructioninsider.com and we'll take care of it. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
